Complaints and Grievances

The Arc of Gulf Coast Alabama is committed to providing respectful, safe, and high-quality programs for the individuals and families we serve.

Participants, families, staff, volunteers, and community members have the right to share concerns, complaints, or grievances about our programs or services.

Submitting a complaint will not affect participation in services, and all concerns will be reviewed carefully.
